    HeadTrax was developed to consolidate multiple human resources (HR) databases and deliver current, accurate information—facilitating the management of staffing processes online. To enhance usability further, Microsoft® Visio® drawing and diagramming software was integrated into HeadTrax, allowing users to generate organization charts automatically, manage staff, and form configurations with a data-rich view of current and projected information. HeadTrax makes extensive use of Visio for graphical representations of data. Throughout the company, Visio is used for creating organization charts, office space planning, project timelines, and project team diagrams. New features in Visio allow it to work with both the personnel and open requisition information in HeadTrax to help manage both current and projected staffing information.
