Office Visio 2007 makes it easy to share, review, and publish
information throughout your enterprise in Web format, improving collaboration on
infrastructure and software design. Web pages come complete with navigation controls,
a shape data viewer, reports, choice of image format, and style sheet options.
With Office Visio 2007, you can also view Visio 2007 diagrams in
Office Outlook 2007
e-mail, making it easier to communicate information. Enhanced SharePoint integration
lets you save Visio diagrams on a Windows SharePoint Services sites. The diagrams
can be opened directly in Office Visio 2007 from the site and checked in and out
from within Office Visio 2007. In addition, you can save Visio diagrams in PDF or
XPS file format to make them more portable and able to reach additional audiences.
